 I was based in Malaysia where I had been hustling for years now. I used to send money to my girlfriend to buy lands and properties for us. We also had a discussion on phone about building a house for me. 

She is educated and very sharp, so I believed that she was the right person for the job. Hence, I began sending money for the house. As evidence, she kept sending me pictures of the level the house has reached. I was so excited and my plan was to have the house furnished before my next return. 

She sent me the next picture which indicated the completion of my house. I thanked her sincerely and even sent her extra cash for a work well done. 

But after some time, she stopped reaching out to me. I also made efforts to contact her, but her line was not reachable. This ongoing incident forced me to return earlier than I have planned. Upon my arrival, the first place I visited was her home. When she saw me, she froze in shock. She never thought I would return so soon. 

I greeted her and even gave her the presents I got for her from Malaysia.All I needed from her at that moment was to take me to my house. But her reactions were odd and also suspicious. It took a while before she spoke up the  truth. This was indeed a shocking revelation. 

She told me that the house had been taken by her pastor who had promised to bless me and my business also. I thought she was just trying to be jocular. But there was no sign of such implications from her. She was very serious with her confessions. My own girlfriend had sowed my house as a seed and her pastor was now the owner of the building which I built with my sweat. 

We rushed to the pastor's home and I confronted him in anger. I told him to go inside the house and bring out the documents of my house. But he declined. He told me that as far as my girlfriend had sowed the house as seed, there is nothing anyone can do about it. 

This is a house I spent more than twenty million naira to build. Right now, I don't know what to do. I don't even know where to start. Please, I need your help. 

Had it been another person, I would have arrested him and put him in jail until he hands over my documents to me. But for the fact that this man is a pastor, I really do not know how to handle this issue at all. I need your advice on how to reclaim my property.
