Wisdom is not what it takes to be a marriage/relationship therapist or counsellor, specialization is what is needed. This is because all marriages or relationships follow patterns that research findings have established. Those who are qualified to offer expert intervention in crisis-ridden marriages or cases of unfulfilled relationship patterns are those who have formal training which has equipped them with these established patterns.
Untrained/unlicensed social media counsellors who are often the darlings of many because of their words which sound wise but are packed with destructive ignorance, have led so many to the graves of unfulfilling marriages /relationships or outright death.
