The  peak of sexual arousal is not  the right time to ask a guy about the future of your relationship or his intentions towards you. 

It is not the right time to request for promises except you want him to fake it. 

Promises made at this time are not genuine, he can make a lot of promises, utter a lot of sweet and sensational words in the bid to reach his climax and then ends up not remembering any of these words as soon his desires has been satisfied. 

This is why so many ladies end up being  broken hearted when their expectation turns into disappointments.  

Every politician puts so much effort during the  campaign period, till they achieve their aim, before their true intention begins to show up, so is with a man with sexual urge 

Questions like "what are we? What exactly are we doing?  Should be asked at the friendship stage even before intimacy sets in.  

A relationship well defined at the initial stage gives you a clear  and concise  idea of what you are getting into.  So at the end, you will be responsible for any action you decisions you finally make
